Singapore's Sultan Mosque at Dawn

The sunlight, from clear early morning sky's, falls upon the Singapore's Sultan Mosque.

This is a two image hand held HDR - It was supposed to be more, but I just could not align any more images satisfactorily :-)

HRD from the Fujifilm S3600 - Suddenly "Interesting"

I took a test bracketed photo fro my Daughter's room of the Monastery that is close by. I deliberately did it at FULL zoom, as it was test. Then used "easyHDR" to process it , cropped out a chunk that looked nice, and then put it on Flickr.

Now it is very suddenly my most interesting photo, by a long way on Flickr, and I don't know why!

Here it is anyway.

This is another test of the bracketing on my new S6500. This has been
taken at extreme zoom, processed with EasyHDR , and then cropped from
the full image to show detail. I think the camera did a good job!

New Camera! Fijifilm S6500

I finally got a new camera today! The Fujifilm S6500 - It does bracketing!

This is not a good picture (in fact it is a BAD picture!), but it is my first HDR from auto bracketed images. With my S3500 I had to set the camera up 3 times use the timer for each shot to try to keep them at least almost lined up! This one shows a bit of blurring as the first image was misaligned, because my tripod is wonky.

By the way, this is a typical view of the Singapore "heartlands"

Storm over the beach

I love taking photos of weather!

Clouds are really well highlighted in HDR processing. Of course fast moving clouds would become a blur in multi image HDR's.

I took this photo of Kirra Beach Waaaay back in 2004 using my old camera I was never happy with how it looked. A little tweak look at it now! Again this is really an LDR.
